InfoDrain provides a data breach search service that allows users to check if their personal information has been exposed in known data breaches. We aggregate publicly available breach data and make it searchable through our platform.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download data without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our data without authorization
  • Use the service to harass, stalk, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription Plans

InfoDrain offers various subscription plans with different features and limits:

  • Free Plan: Limited searches with basic features
  • Paid Plans: Additional searches, API access, and premium features

Subscriptions are billed automatically according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with InfoDrain within the first 24 hours of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. Refunds after 24 hours are at our discretion.

7. API Usage

If your plan includes API access:

  • You must keep your API key confidential
  • You are responsible for all usage under your API key
  • Rate limits apply according to your plan
  • We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate breach data, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information. Our data is sourced from publicly available breach databases and third-party APIs. You should not rely solely on our service for security decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

The InfoDrain service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by InfoDrain and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

InfoDrain and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be soft-deleted and inaccessible.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
